If you are new to Breathwork then I would recommend first checking out the Holotropic Breathwork tab to the left of this text. Here you will find a description of this work and learn of its healing potential. You will also find a page dedicated to the testimonials of those who have experienced Holotropic Breathwork, and how this work has profoundly affected their lives. Another good resource for those new to Breathwork is the Stanislav Grof page. On this page there is a collection of 25 videos in which Dr. Grof talks about Holotropic Breathwork, the creation of transpersonal psychology, his work in non ordinary states of consciousness, and many other valuable topics.

If you are looking for a workshop near you, then click on either the “workshops” or “facilitators” tabs. The workshops tab lists my workshops along with the workshops of any certified facilitators wishing to post on my site. You can also go to

Finally resources for facilitators - Under the "Breathwork music" tab you will find list of highly recommended music CD's which are great for Breathwork. As I mentioned previously, another resource for facilitators is that they can list their workshops on my site, (simply send me an email with all of the details), and facilitators can choose to be listed on the facilitator page. If you are a certified facilitator and you wish to create a much more comprehensive profile for yourself, including your training, experience and current work please contact me.
