Hi, welcome to my Holotropic Breathwork music page. Here you will find the CD recommendations from many talented Holotropic facilitators and music gurus. I hope that you enjoy and if there are any questions I can answer or you have any suggestions please let me know. I will do my best.
My main reason for the creation of this page is that I got very tired of buying CD after CD and only finding one good song. So, I have asked those submitting lists to only suggest CD's with multiple good songs/usable for breathwork on them.
I have chosen to link the music CD's through to Amazon's website. There are a couple of reasons for this. First of all Amazon has an incredible review system with most of their CD's having 10's if not 100's of reviews. In addition to this they have a very easy way to listen to samples of the various songs, and finally with their selection of used music from outside sellers you can save you a lot of money.
One last thing I want to mention here. Having bought from many used CD & DVD sellers over the years I want to emphasize to use caution concerning who you buy from. This is not because of fraud, but more a desire for you to have a better buying experience; good communication from your seller and fast shipping times make a transaction so much nicer. (If you are familiar with buying from used resellers then you probably already know all of this, but if not read on). The main thing to notice is the positive review percentage of the seller. I generally don't deal with anyone with less than a 97% positive review. Even if I have to pay a little more for the CD, buy from a HIGHLY ranked seller! I just wanted to pass this information along, hopefully it is helpful for a few of you.
Again, enjoy this page and if there is anything you feel that I can do to make it better - Let me know!
